Track Specific Time in each course/section/subsection for each student#95

This will add to a teacher or admin’s tools for tracking their students progress. Instead of only seeing a percentage of the course completed, we can see how much time was actually spend on each item. This is integral in helping students with learning disabilities who may have trouble focusing on one thing or another.

Thanks for your suggestion. We’ll review and see how this be done after the 2.0 major release.
