Increase Upload limits to more that 10#94

Increase the video Upload limit it is a serious drawback in term of time and financial for my team and I.

We support up to 1GB video file size and generous limits for other file types. For now, each upload session supports 10 concurrent files. It is generally not recommended to upload more than 10 files at once due to performance and security reasons.
