Image Resizing Feature#194

When I tried to use the Assessment feature, I found something missing in adding Question area and I suggested this image resize feature. BrainCert implemented the image resizing feature in few days in Assessment > Add Test Question > Question Detail and Question Explanation. Thank you for that!

To further refine this feature and ensure consistency, you could fine-tune it as shown in Screenshot (2). Additionally, I suggest adding an option to adapt the image size to the screen while displaying it.

Benefits:
Allows instructors to create more professional and uniform images/diagrams in their questions.
Ensures images are properly displayed across all screen sizes, improving readability and accessibility.
